Tomorrow night, Mother opens for the evening as Tavolone. Tavolone (which means big table in Italian...) is a monthly pop-up dining experience where we host thirty guests to enjoy good food and discuss good ideas.
Tavolone has been developed in partnership between Mother and MiniBar. Together we’ve assembled a guest list of hot businesses and start up entrepreneurs and we’ve got a great guest chef in the shape of Frank Hannon. All the ingredients are sourced locally from The Ginger Pig, Leilas and Borough Wines.
Four courses. Change seats every course. Everyone looking to make good ideas happen. Lovely.
