It's a new year and Tavolone, our pop-up ‘Trattoria For Good Ideas’ is back this Thursday evening, downstairs at Mother. 

Tavolone, which means big table in Italian, has been developed in partnership between Mother and MiniBar, and this month's theme is ‘From Ham to Speck’, so we’re eating a pig three different ways.
