Want to know what 2012 will bring? Then let the T-shirt tell you…

Want to know what 2012 will bring? Then let the T-shirt tell you…

For Christmas this year, Mother is launching Mother's Psychic Tees. One hundred blank T-shirts have been given to Los Angeles-based psychic Lucinda Clare. She has now used her extraordinary talent to predict the destiny of each future T-shirt wearer. That prediction has been printed onto the T-shirt and now awaits its owner. Could that be you?

Only the T-shirt knows.

There is no size guide, nor will wearers know what is written on the T-shirt until it is in their hands. Mother's Psychic T-shirts insists everyone’s choice has already been predestined.  Instead customers must pick their tee by number. A warning, though. One T-shirt is unavailable for sale. Miss Clare has refused to say what she saw when predicting this garment.

Mother's Psychic Tees are £100. £100 you say? Every single penny of the £100 will go to Age UK, the UK’s largest charity for older people, which aims to make a real difference to their lives. And remember, like your destiny these T-shirts are one of a kind. An individual psychic reading and design has gone into each tee. In other words, no one in the world will have a Psychic T-shirt like yours.

Mother's Psychic Tees urges customers to think carefully before they open it. Is it for them? Or perhaps this destiny is meant for another. Could it be the perfect Christmas gift? To get started, just think of a number and let destiny take care of the rest.

99 T-shirts will be available from today on www.psychictees.com

  • Something for the Weekend- The Valentines Gimmicks Issue

Many bemoan the romantic celebration that is Valentines Day as a cynical commercial ploy to flog high-end reinforced parchment.

  • Chez Mother

One of the major perks of working at Mother is the lunch. They’re pretty amazing. So wonderful, that one of our freelance designers Simon Whybray has created a blog celebrating them - Chez Mother. Enjoy.

  • Bill Cunningham New York at Downstairs at Mother

Last Wednesday night Downstairs at Mother had a very special screening of Bill Cunningham New York thanks to the lovely people at Dogwoof.
