About the cause
The mother of all sporting events has come to town. Yet meanwhile the land of ancient Olympia and founder of the games, Greece, is on her knees. So at this time, we, the London Greek community, want to help our compatriots who are suffering back home by encouraging fellow Londoners to spread a little Hellenic love. In the process we hope to raise vital funds for a charity who have been doing tremendous work on the ground, Doctors of the World, Greece.
