We unveiled our latest installment of the ‘17 Make-up Songs’ campaign last week – a collaboration with up-and-coming bands and solo artists who write songs and make music videos, which convey the feeling that 17 make-up products elicit.
‘Who’s checking out who’, combines rising US electro-pop star and composer Beca and Peep Show mascara, which creates long curvy lashes perfect for flirtatious moments. This is captured in the music video for the song which shows teenagers checking each other out in a club with Beca performing the song, which was specially composed for 17.
‘Who’s checking out who’ is the latest installment in the campaign, which has also seen acoustic up-and-coming singer-songwriter Py, creating the song and pop-promo ‘I so don’t look like I care’ relating to 17’s BB Cream, and the band Summer Camp creating the track ‘You might get stuck on me’ to celebrate 17’s Magnetized Nail Polish.
